Ground-Floor Apartment with a 15 m² Terrace, Pergola and Dressing Room

Ninety-five useful square metres on the ground floor, laid out for people who want the outside as part of the house, not as an afterthought.

Three bedrooms, all with wardrobes. The master has a dressing room, which is the difference between a bedroom that works and one that fills up with chairs. One full bathroom and a guest WC. The kitchen is independent and has its own laundry, so the washing does not live in the hall.

The terrace is fifteen square metres and already finished for the year, not for a single season. A solid-wood pergola, an awning, and two large aluminium cabinets. Room for a family lunch, or for sitting out ‌when ‌the ‌heat ‌has ‌gone. ‌Air conditioning inside for the ‌days ‌when ‌the ‌terrace ‌is ‌too ‌much.

A ‌practical ground-floor ‌home, with the ‌outdoor ‌space ‌already ‌thought ‌through.

Viewing ‌highly ‌recommended.
