From the very start, Orsi and Vlad were not only warm and calm towards us, but as some other estate agents simply saw us as a client or a number and push to sell, they weren't and didn't. After we described what we wanted, what our budget was and the area we wanted they calmy took care of everything. We had to reschedule a couple of times and without making us feel guilty they were very understanding and accommodating.
