Townhouse in Cancelada, Costa del Sol

Magnificent townhouse with a jacuzzi and sea views. The house has a very wide entrance where you can park your car under cover, and another area where you can comfortably welcome your guests and chat. It is spread over 3 floors. On the first floor you will find a guest toilet with a built-in wardrobe beside it and a good, fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare your best dishes. Then comes a large, bright living room with access to the back patio, a patio you can decorate as if it were a garden, put a pool in and/or simply enjoy as a chill-out area. On the first floor of the house you will find the 3 bedrooms: the main one has an en-suite bathroom and a terrace with good views of the sea and the town, the second looks out over the urbanisation and has a bathroom next to it, and there is also a third bedroom. On the top level there is another small room that you can use as a study, office, home office or place to relax, and a terrace with stunning sea views. The house has very good quality finishes and has been extensively renovated. It also has a large basement that you can use as a cinema room, music studio, bedroom or play area. It is in a very quiet urbanisation with little noise, a few minutes' walk from the beach, in an area with supermarkets, restaurants and shops, and with public ‌transport ‌nearby. ‌An ‌ideal ‌area ‌for couples, families or people ‌living ‌alone, ‌which ‌makes ‌this ‌an ‌ideal ‌place to ‌live and to ‌enjoy ‌the ‌many ‌possibilities ‌the ‌house ‌offers.
