From the very start, Orsi and Vlad were not only warm and calm towards us, but as some other estate agents simply saw us as a client or a number and push to sell, they weren't and didn't. After we described what we wanted, what our budget was and the area we wanted they calmy took care of everything. We had to reschedule a couple of times and without making us feel guilty they were very understanding and accommodating. They were knowledgeable on the area, narrowed our search to three properties which we saw and we are now deciding on which one to choose without feeling pushed or guilty by them..clearly if we take too long to decide we might lose one of the three properties but we won't, and I'm sure the whole experience to purchase a property will be a good one, not pushed or rushed.
